Bulma and Baby Trunks HanamiAfter a long 3 year hiatus, filled with moving around, getting married, getting settled, and having a baby... I'm back! Certainly I attempted to do a pregnant cosplay, but I learned quickly in my first trimester while sewing a costume piece for one of the contestants on SyFy's Heroes of Cosplay... that sewing and pregnancy were not fun! It seemed like being pregnant took almost an entire year of my life! When they say it's 9 months, they're lying. It's more like 10 months. It's taken me around six months to get back down in weight as well, and I'm still about 10lbs off from being able to wear my tightest pre-pregnancy jeans, but I will get there. In the meantime, I had planned on cosplaying as Bulma and Baby Trunks with my baby boy, and it just so happened that his age of six months worked out around the time that the cherry blossoms were blooming. As seen in the DragonBallZ: First Broly Movie where the characters are having a hanami karaoke picnic, I did a shoot with my baby and husband during our own little hanami! I hope you enjoy. It was really fun!

Mermaid Melody Noelle & Lacus Clyne Cosplay For Sale!
I am sad to admit that The Zelda Project is having trouble putting together the funds needed for finishing up the costumes for the Gerudo Valley Photoshoot, as well as funding the shoot itself. So I am selling more costumes! Please head on over to Ebay and check out my Mermaid Melody costume!
There’s a small part of me that always wanted to do a decent photoshoot with this costume, but I hated the wig so much that I never got around to it. Well, check it out if you are a fan of Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch!
Proceeds of this costume sale go to funding The Zelda Project! If you enjoy what we do and want to help us out, but aren’t interested in purchasing this costume, we have a donations page available as well.
Hopefully in the future we will be able to offer more to donators besides a listing in the credits of the videos and on the website. We would like to offer prints to donators, but we are afraid that could be considered selling something, and we aren’t doing this to make a profit. What we do is solely for the creativity and joy of the project, and to share with other Zelda fans the vision that we have.

Tokyo Game Show!
I am a guest at the Tokyo Game Show this year! I’m really honored! This is the first year they are inviting cosplay guests, and I am selected as the United States cosplayer, and 1 other from Europe, and Asia are going to be there with me. Now, I honestly have no idea what I’ll be doing. I’ve never gone to Tokyo Game Show. I’ve been a guest at plenty of conventions, which usually involve panels or speaking functions of some sort, perhaps contest judging, and internationally autograph signing. I am not sure if any of that is going on here, but I suppose we will see? They have not told me what my duties will be, but if any of you are going, let me know because I would LOVE to hang out!
I know its a little late in the game for warning everyone, but I’ve been kinda rushing around trying to prepare the costumes for the Gerudo Valley photoshoot and haven’t had a ton of time for internetting! It would be extremely fun to meet up in a foreign country and have a cool hanging out experience!
I’ll be promoting The Zelda Project of course, while I’m out there, and for the first time in almost half a decade, sporting my old Aeris getup! Hope to see some of you there!

Costumes for Sale!
Without further adieu, here are the costumes I’ve listed for sale, with prices and a bit of info about them. Costumes are listed at the prices of materials, labor, and how important the costume was to me. Certain ones are more expensive than others, though I am still willing to negotiate on price if the necessity arises (payment plans etc). Most of these costumes I wish I could keep if I had the space, but I just don’t anymore so I have to sell them. Please email me if you are interested in one of these, and I can give you specific requested information (such as sizing, shipping, etc).
Shipping is not included in these prices. You must also pay shipping
“Best Offer” means if multiple individuals are interested in the costume, then each must make an offer beyond the listed price and I will chose. Its kinda like bidding I suppose, but I will give each person a chance to make multiple offers until someone is decided as the buyer.
Please do not email me if you are unwilling to even pay the listed price. All my costumes are special to me and I do not want to sell them for less than what I feel they are worth to me.
If interested please email me at: adella @ adellacosplay . com Remove the spaces!
Final Fantasy Tactics Flower Girl: 100$ Or Best Offer
Costume includes: Hat, Shirt, Skirt, Apron
Let’s face it. This isn’t a very good costume. It was rushed and isn’t the best quality, but I’m sure there’s someone out there who can enjoy wearing it. It’s a good costume to throw on and run around in, and its machine washable. The skirt is polyester poplin and the shirt is 100% cotton serge.
Legend of Zelda’s Malon (incomplete): 275$ Or Best Offer
Costume includes: Skirt, Blouse, Yellow Kerchief
I love Malon, and selling these components to this costume doesn’t mean that I’m never gonna wear Malon again. I plan on remaking the majority of this costume for an epic Legend of Zelda group myself, my boyfriend, and my good friend Lillyxandra are concocting. Its just that the skirt, blouse, and kerchief are no longer in the weaves or fibers that I’d like, and I wanna take another shot at these three things with different fabrics for my updated Malon costume. The skirt is poly satin with poly crepe trim, and the shirt is also a poly satin. The yellow kerchief is 100% cotton batiste.
Mermaid Melody Noelle: 275$ Or Best Offer
Costume includes: Dress, Butt Bow, Necklace, Bracelets, Gloves, Boots
This is one of those costumes that “never happened” as far as I’m concerned. The wig was an absolute disaster and I think I look ridiculous in it. Needless to say I want to get rid of it. Selling this one for the cost of materials + the labor. The entire thing is made in matte poly satin.
Kingdom Hearts 2 Aerith (Blouse and Bow Only!): 300$ Or Best Offer
Costume includes: Blouse, Bow
I love this costume. I really don’t want to sell the blouse because I did such a good job on it and I love how comfortable it is to wear and the color is so pretty. This is by far my favorite Aeris costume that I have, but I took apart the skirt and I seriously doubt I’ll ever remake it, so now all I have is the blouse and bow. I spent 5 days straight dying pots of fabric over and over to get this blouse the perfect salmon color, so hopefully there’s someone out there who can love and appreciate it like I did! The blouse is made of stretch cotton sateen, and is trimmed with 100% cotton voile eyelet lined in cotton lawn. It’s very breathable and stretches for comfort.
Princess Sailor Jupiter: 300$ Or Best Offer
Costume includes: Hair Bow, Necklace, Organza Ribbons, Dress, Roses, Shoes
This costume was made for my friend Tristen Citrine’s princess group. It has emotional attachment because the necklace that comes with it was made by Tristen and matches all the other girl’s necklaces who were in the group. The dress is poly satin, and it is lined in organza.
Sara Mudou: 300$ Or Best Offer
Costume includes: Bow Clip, Necklace, Vest, Skirt, Shirt
I performed in this costume in 2004 with my friends Diana and Cybele for our Angel Sanctuary Skit “Clockwork Angel”. You can see the skirt on my media section if you wish! The skirt is 14 yards of cotton eyelet, and was hand dyed to give it the gradient of color that it has. The vest is poly satin, trimmed in gold braid, and is hand beaded with gold lace appliqué on the lapels. This is an “original” design from me in a way that it is based on a single chapter black/white artwork from the manga and the entire thing is not visible. Wings are not included because they do not belong to me.
Lacus Clyne: 400$ Or Best Offer
Costume includes: Wig, Hair Pin, Dress, Belt, Shoes
I made this costume to go along with Leah who I dressed as Meer. We had a lot of fun together as Meer and Lacus, but with her in college that isn’t an option anymore! So furthermore, I give you Lacus. The dress is polyester satin and the belt is acetate satin. The shoes were originally expensive designer boots that I sacrificed to the cause, and the wig has a detachable ponytail for ease in travel. Pink Haro is not included because she is a limited edition toy that is no longer in production. If you wish to purchase Pink Haro, she is an additional 300$, which is what I initially paid for her.
Meer Campbell: 400$ Or Best Offer
Costume includes: Wig, Bolero Jacket, Hair Pin, Bodysuit, Skirt, Shoes, Gloves, Microphone
Meer Campbell was a costume I made for Leah to wear alongside my Lacus costume, and while I adore this costume (and wish I could wear it!) I cannot! The bodysuit is made of expensive power stretch knit, and the skirt is made of acetate iridescent taffeta. Red Haro is not included. Red Haro belongs to Leah so if you wish to also purchase Red Haro I must ask her permission first!
Kingdom Hearts Aerith: 500$ Or Best Offer
Costume includes: Dress, Necklace, Bow, Belt, Bracelet
This costume is very dear to me because it was the fourth costume I ever made. Painstaking care went into creating it, and while I still love cosplaying Aeris, I know I’ll never wear this again. The dress is the matte side of poly satin, and is lined in poly lining fabric. The buttons are fully functional, and the belt is made of real leather and nickel plated leather spots. The boots are not included because I need to wear them for my original FF7 Aeris!
Princess Ayeka: 500$ Or Best Offer
Costume includes: Wig, Armor Pieces, Skirt, Cape, Aprons, Crown
I adore Princess Ayeka. This costume was another joint pairing cosplay with my sister Leah who I made Tsunami for. It took about 2 weeks of constant sewing, and the wig itself is actually 3 wigs combined into one. The armor pieces are wood and leather, and the rest of the costume is mostly poly crepe in varying shades. A lot of extensive pattern work went into the aprons for this costume, and Tsunami, so I’m hoping it will find a very loving owner who giggles at Ayeka’s character as much as I did.
Utena Tenjou: 500$ Or Best Offer
Costume includes: Jacket, Shorts, Epaulettes, Rose Pin, Shoes, Socks, Brooch
This was my first really tailored costume, and it holds many memories for me. Unfortunately over the years the wig has not made it, so you will have to buy and style your own wig for this costume. The jacket itself is fully lined, and contains fully functional welt pockets for good con storage space. The jacket is made in cotton serge, and the shorts are jersey knit cotton/spandex blend.
Princess Aurora: 800$ Or Best Offer
Costume includes: Wig, Crown, Choker, Bodice, Skirt, Shoes
This costume was a gift I made for my sister Leah. Aurora is her favorite Disney Princess, and she’s always wanted to dress up as her. I have many good memories of dressing up as Belle alongside Leah as Aurora, so this costume is quite special to me. However, Leah has gone off to college now, and has okayed me selling her dress since she believes she’ll never be able to wear it again. Someday I want to make a blue version for her, and perhaps someday I’ll sell that too to some lovely lady! The bodice is soft poly satin trimmed in white acetate bridal satin, and the skirt is made of poly bengaline and shines.
Alucard: 2500$ Or Best Offer
Costume includes: Wig, Cloak, Coat, Vest, Pants, Undershirt, Gloves, Boots, Belt
I love this costume dearly. It cost 1500$ roughly in materials alone and took me 6 months to make. It pains me to sell it, and part of me wants to keep it around in hopes that maybe I’ll come across someone who can model it for me, but I doubt that’ll ever happen. This costume best fits a tall (6’0-6’4) male of slim/slender build. Boots are size 13. The cloak is made of acetate bridal satin and lined in acetate silver/black iridescent taffeta. The coat is soft pile polyester velveteen lined in black acetate bridal satin with a poly raschel lace overlay. The vest is 100% silk dupioni lined in acetate bridal satin, the undershirt is 100% cotton gauze, and the pants are made of polyester stretch satin. The cravat is 100% silk embroidered georgette and the boots, gloves, and belt are real leather. The sword and shield are not included in the costume.
I hope all of these costumes can find a wonderful home somewhere (look at me talking about them like they’re pets), and I hope they make whoever buys them as happy as they made me. I love my costumes dearly, so please take care of them!

Twitter/Facebook widgets added
I added some facebook and twitter widgets so you guys can follow me on those sites. I’m gonna remove the commenting ability for the time being on my blog entries because member log in is bugged out, as well as member registration. I’m too lazy at the moment to figure out what went wrong and how to fix it, so please just follow me on facebook or twitter or both!~~~
I’ll eventually fix it, that way people can start receiving email updates on the mailing list when I’m updating my site. After this massive costume sale is over, I’ve got a lot of costumes I plan on making and I’m really excited! I’ve taken pretty much a 3 year hiatus from cosplay because of college and now that I’ve graduated and found a job, things are calming down. There’s so much going on good in my life, but I really miss my creative outlet. Sewing and making fun pretty things was one of my favorite ways to express myself, and now that I once again have the time to do it, I’m cleaning out my closet of old and making space for new!
Get yours while their hot! I’ll update next week with costume sizes and desired pricing so that everyone can get the information they’ve been asking for. I have all my costumes in my possession once again (finally—they were all in storage in Vegas for FOREVER) but I’m gonna need some time to go through them and unpack them out of boxes and organize everything and see what I’ve got to work with. This weekend is when I plan to do it all so please check back next week.

I know that I told everyone that I’d be able to go to AX, but its looking like I’m not going to be able to go. My good friend who works for the convention is able to get me in, but after this whole wedding ordeal with my sister and the texas trip, my boyfriend doesn’t think AX is worth spending any money on. It would be a jerk thing for me to do to just go to the con and ditch him, so if we can’t figure anything out for him then I’m not gonna be able to go to AX. I’m sorry to anyone I told I’d meet up with there!
LOL… Okay so said friend of mine helped out and now I’m going to the con. Looks like I’ll be attending AX after all! I doubt I’ll be cosplaying though since all my costumes are in boxes deep in the cosplay.com garage in vegas! The only costume I’ll possibly wear is Sheryl Nome because I have it available after Germany/Amsterdam/Russia trip!
Gonna upload photos from my sister’s wedding, and the Russia/Europe tour later today after I take Kiki to the vet.
